I've been an avid duck hunter since I was old enough to drive but always got the most enjoyment out of watching the dogs work. After many years of throwing rocks and shotgun shells at downed birds I joined a local retriever club to hopefully learn how to train a dog to take hand signals. I began hunt testing and was able to put master titles on my two dogs and earn a couple Master National plates in 2017. I was hooked so I decided to try out professional training for a couple years part time but that soon took a back seat in September 2019 for my new invention the slinger winger which has kept me busy thanks to you all. Most of all I enjoy the rewards of successful training and sharing those passions with other retriever enthusiasts.
